Rule 16
Order form to be raised

(1) The investigation officer shall issue an order form explaining the grounds and reasons for remanding the accused who is in the process of investigating a case related to revenue leakage, asking him for bond or surety, or asking him for a bank guarantee or keeping him in custody.
(2) The format of the order form as per sub-rule (1) shall be as per schedule-12.
